If you feel unsure about colours or materials don’t hesitate to contact us. Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unused and have all of their tags and original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded. They will be sent back to you (with charged delivery costs).
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
How to return
- Send us an email with the item(s) you wish to return and explain the reason. If the item(s) is damaged, please add a picture.
- Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from HAY BERLIN and leave the package in a convenient parcel shop of your choice.
- Ship-to-address: HAY BERLIN, Torstraße 42, 10119 Berlin
- We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
